Logon to
Click on "Request Exam Authorization"
On the next screen click on “Request Authorization” for the exam you wish to appear
It will ask u to login, login using your VMware account, if you don’t have account create it.
Once you are logged in , the below screen would appear, enter the proper mailing address and press continue
Now it will generate a Candidate ID for u for free J
Now wait for around 15 mins u will get a mail stating that your authorization has been completed.
After you receive the mail, create a new WEB ACCOUNT at Pearson VUE
Enter your name and the candidate ID you generated on VMware Website and proceed with the account creation at Pearson Vue
Now u would be allowed to schedule the VCP exam at Pearson Vue

the time of scheduling exam on the payment screen u can apply voucher
code or promotion code if its available to get discounts
